On the way home from work today, I decided I really felt like gripping.  I am supposed to be hosting a grip together on Saturday, so this may not have been the best idea, but I wanted to!  I did:

Braced Bending: 16" x 3/8" HRS; Finish kinked 12" x 5/16" CRS
FBBC Bomb Lift: Singles with 60lbs, 70lbs and 75lbs
Unbraced Bending: 7" x 1/4" FBBC Stainless, Double Overhand
2" V-bar: Bunch of reps with 115lbs

It felt like more work than it looks like.  I got video of the braced bend and my max on the Bomb:

Overall it was a good session.  These lifts will get me on David Horne's braced bending list and John's Bomb cert list, so I like that.  I'm only 35lbs off the FBBC 2" V-bar list, so I may end up pushing for it.  We'll see.
