Today's workout was under far less than optimal circumstances.  I didn't get enough sleep, I had to push it until after 7:30pm, the garage stunk, and it was humid.  I just had to execute:

12k Kettlebell Warm Up
KB Presses: 5/5x12k, 16k, 20k; 4/4x20k;
KB Snatches: 5/5x16k, 20k, 24k, 24k; 3/3x28k; 3/3x32k (PR); 9/9x24k (PR)
Renegade Rows: 5/5x20k, 20k, 20k
Walk with Shouldered 5 gallon bottle: 200ft
Rack Walk with 20k's: 70ft
Farmer's Walk with 20k's: 70ft
Walk around block to cool down

It turns out when I shut my brain off and get to work, I actually do pretty well.  I need to stop thinking during my workouts and just act.  This is the focus Don Larkin talks about, and the performances I achieve when I reach it really exceed my average workout.  I'll be pleased about those triples with the 32k for the next week.

I may have figured out the snatch form so my skin doesn't tear.  Now I'm either way over-compensating, or I've got it under control.  We'll see the next time I video myself.  The snatches felt easier than usual, so I hope it's the latter.
