The heat index was 96 degrees yesterday afternoon. The town home association is sealing our driveway this afternoon. I decided it was best to move my workout for today back in the morning. It went well:
12k Kettlebell Warm Up KB Squats: 5 x BW, 20k, 28k, 20k's, 20k's, 20k's, 20k's Romanian Deadlifts: 5 x 45, 95, 135, 165, 165, 165, 165 Rack Walk with 24k's Overhead Walk with 16k's Farmer's Walk with 24k's Windmills: 3/3 x 12k, 12k, 12k
I left the 24k's out on the squats, since they feel weaker in the morning. The deads will build up slowly but surely, they left me pretty sore last workout. I stopped tracking the distance for the weighted walks, since I'm just guessing anyway. The windmills feel pretty good, but I need to check my form on video before adding any more weight.
No time for grip in the mornings. I'll hit it hard on Saturday.
