I was not feeling it this morning, but this was the time I scheduled to lift. Rather than try to push through my normal exercises and practice doing poorly at them, I took a short workout and did something different:
12k Kettlebell Warm Up Bottoms Up KB Presses: 5/5 x 12k, 16k, 16k, 16k One Arm Dumbell Snatches: Pile of singles from 45lbs through 65lbs 75lb Dumbell: Clean it twice per arm, Fail to push press it 3x lefty, 2x righty, succeed once righty Take out the garbage to cool down
It was short, it was not the most effective, but I did something. Complexes workout tomorrow, it will be better.
