It felt good to go out to the garage this morning and lift weights.  I did the following:

Barbell Complexes - 2 Warm Up Sets, 3 Work Sets, Weights Listed
Kettlebell Squats: 5 x BW, 20k, 16k's, 16k's, 16k's
DO Axle Deads: 73, 123, 163, 163, 163
Hang Cleans: 45, 65, 95, 95, 95
Push Press: 45, 65, 95, 95, 95

I need to try the 20k's on the squats and 105 on the Hang Cleans and Push Presses.  Axle weight was perfect.  Then I did the follow exercises to finish up:

Chins: 1, 1, 1
Side Bridges: 40s / 40s, 30s / 30s
Standing External Shoulder Rotation with Bands

Overall this was pleasant.  I will enjoy my endurance work tomorrow and Friday.

Scott: Glad to see you're back in the gym. You've gone after it relentlessly over the past several months. Stay with it - it will pay off. Everyone has off periods, injuries and setbacks - (I just hit the wall myself).

Thanks Stephen, backing off is already paying off. It is probably the hardest part of training for me.
