I broke out my snatch test numbers for analysis.  I know I failed to follow certain aspects of the test rules, such as not lowering the kettlebell to my shoulder.  That will improve with time.  I am not recounting for now.

nice job on the snatches. The biggest improvement I made with the snatch test was to start doing sets of 20 or 25. I'm sure you have the grip so give that a go. Rif does 50s if I recall, that could launch your numbers into the stars.

Thanks guys. It feels good to be doing this many reps with a kettlebell I struggled to snatch once a few months ago.

Mike, I'll keep the reps in mind for when I get stronger and better conditioned. Right now sets of 10 have me gassed.
