Just ordered Power Yoga, by Beryl Bender Birch.  As long as I was on Amazon, I also grabbed the DVD and sequel book.  Total cost $20.  We'll see what I think.  Chris usually knows what he is talking about.

ordered myself a copy as well, never usually do warm ups or cooldowns, so this should help as i often ache the next day. this can sometime lead me to taking extra days off, so now hopefully c an train more.

i know what you mean about insulating the garage, mine was freezing yesterday, almost made me not want to train.

you thinking of buying any more things on your wishlist? im really into playing with my kettlebells at the minute, so as soon as i can afford it im going to buy some more.

your training looks like its going well, congrats. a place i only started lookimg at the other day, which is great for training ideas, is the kettlebell connection, expect you've read some logs on there.

I am pretty good with warm ups, but Chris has a few more years of experience than I do. I definitely respect the wisdom that comes with that.

I'll probably end up buying more wishlist items before the year is out. I need to be careful not to buy more toys than I can use, but I love getting new stuff. I'll try to at least hold off until the purchases from this week arrive though. I am watching craigs list for deals.

I have never looked at the kettlebell connection, I will have to check it out.
