Today the garage is cold and I am tired. Movement is all I needed:
Turkish Get Ups: 1/1 x 16k, 20k, 24k; 1/Fail x 60lbs; Fail/Fail x 28k; 1/1 x 60lbs
I have exceeded my ability to recover. Rest is required.
