Today I biked around 15 miles. Most of it was in the forest preserve. I also discovered a massive corporate park about 2 miles from my house. That should prove helpful in my job search.

Post grip contest, I am considering taking a serious run at Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet:

I wonder if I have what it takes to reach a single digit body fat percentage. While I've been able to get lighter than I am right now, I've never had much luck getting leaner. I am very curious if the problems I have encountered in the past resulted from my approach, opposed to will power.

Scott: This is timely subject - I'm getting another hydrostatic test next week.

Yes, I think you can generalize your discipline and consistency to achieving single digits. But, since appetite and food are ever-present aspects of life, it really has to be a priority. It helps if you're working towards an accompanying goal (i.e. strength, speed, body building, etc) I've found that each % becomes increasingly demanding.

I'll be interested to see what the hydrostatic test shows. Lyle Mcdonald has a thread on his forum showing what different body fat percentages look like - quite an eye opener for me.

Knowning I am closer to 20%, it looks like my next push will be to 15%.

While that means I have less lean mass than I'd hoped, I am happy to know the my next cycle will require less sacrifice than I'd anticipated. Your indication that each percent leaner becomes harder is echoed by many of resources I have been looking at.
