Power Cleans - 5 x 40k, 50k, 50k, 50k, 50k
KB Press - 8/8 x 16k; 4/4 x 20k, 20k, 20k, 20k
Renegade Rows - 8/8 x 16k, 16k, 16k
Grippers - Reps on Trainer, #1, BBSA

I need to stretch.
