For some reason my hand hurts today when I pick up anything over 50lbs. I don't know why, but I know better than to push it. I'll train again on tomorrow or Saturday.

Sorry to hear about your hand.

On Tuesday I made myself pinch-strength implements out of hockey pucks, rope and eye hooks.

Managed to pull the extensor on my right index finger.

Now it hurts each time when I am using the computer mouse.

Sorry to hear about your hand. It's easy to over-do the grip training, especially on pinch work. The finger ought to heal up quickly with some rest and hand health work though.
