Today I saw the new X-men movie, went for a 3 mile walk, and did a full body session in the basement:Warm Up - 12k KettlebellTurkish Get Ups - 3/3 x 15lbs, 12k, 16kFront Squats - 8 x 45lbs, 65lbs, 65lbs, 65lbsPull Ups - 4 x BW, BW, BWBottoms Up KB Press - 3/3 x 16k, 16k, 16kSplit Squats - 8/8 x BW, BWI intentionally kept things light. I intend to run tomorrow and train again on Monday or Tuesday.
