Renegade Rows - 5/5 x 16k, 16k, 16k
One Arm Press - 5/5 x 35lbs
One Arm Push Press - 3/3 x 50lbs
Grippers - Reps on Trainer, #1, BBSA

Movies on Netflix have made it back into the program. My workouts become long, but I do them.
