Warm Up - 12k Kettlebell
Deadlifts w/ Band - 8 x 20k, 60k; 5 x 90k, 90k, 90k
KB Squats - 5 x BW, 12k
That's it. My hips are tight and I feel run down. No reason to push it.
I'll make time to stretch extensively this evening.
