Warm Up
Foam Roller and brief mobility work with 12k kettlebell

Work
Overhead Press - 5 x 45lbs, 75lbs; 3 x 85lbs; 8 x 95lbs;

Notes
I am short on rest and wanted to play n the snow. I did the bare minimum for this one, then got outside for about an hour.
