Elliptical - 5 minutes over 160bpm, stop under 130bpm
Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell
Work
Bench Press - 5 x 45, 90; 3 x 100lbs; 10 x 110lbs
Renegade Rows - 5/5 x 20k
Turkish Getup - 2/2 x 16k
Notes
I had to cut the workout short. I need to rest and take better care of myself. I am working on it now.
