Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell
Work
Deadlift - 5 x 110, 130, 160lbs
Overhead Squat - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar, 45, 45, 45lbs
Notes
Deload week, taking it easy. I will do my best to avoid IKEA in the future.
