I always go and find a big patch of grass when i first get a new bell, so i can dump it if it doesnt go up right. the 36 is very good for your body weight, especially as your always cutting, i can only get 5-6 on a good day with mine and im 200-210.]]></content>

Consider how far you have come, you were what, 240 or something. without resorting to extreme amounts of cardio, you have shaved a lot of weight, and most of it as fat, off your body. 		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Hey Scott:  Have you spoken directly with the owner of the gym?  My gym has the same supervision rule - they gave me an exception because I was/am a trainer.  After a couple months I was able to get my own key.  Perhaps you can arrange something similar.  <br /><br />Lol...I have the same problem with American shirts.  I have to buy "fitted", and even then still get them tailored.]]></content>
