I am not eager to catch that much weight on the down swing.

Comment on Free Day at Home

I know what you mean about getting the confidence to throw a heavier bell overhead. I always go and find a big patch of grass when i first get a new bell, so i can dump it if it doesnt go up right. the 36 is very good for your body weight, especially as your always cutting, i can only get 5-6 on a good day with mine and im 200-210.

Comment on Everything Works

Thanks Ben. Best of strength on Saturday man! It's taking all the willpower I've got to avoid hitting the grippers and the 2" vbar. Monday was my last workout.

Comment on Are You a Triathlete?

I appreciate the input Steve and am going to try selling them on unsupervised lifting.

Thanks for the kind words Mike.

Comment on Are You a Triathlete?

I know the triathlete comment isn't what you were going for but, well done none the less. Consider how far you have come, you were what, 240 or something. without resorting to extreme amounts of cardio, you have shaved a lot of weight, and most of it as fat, off your body. Well done.

Comment on Are You a Triathlete?

Hey Scott: Have you spoken directly with the owner of the gym? My gym has the same supervision rule - they gave me an exception because I was/am a trainer. After a couple months I was able to get my own key. Perhaps you can arrange something similar.

Lol...I have the same problem with American shirts. I have to buy "fitted", and even then still get them tailored.

Comment on It's not the heat...

Thanks guys!
